About the Founder
Truc Yung founded her practice to help organizations navigate workplace challenges with clarity and confidence. With nearly 18 years of experience in employment and labor law, she brings a calm, steady hand to delicate situations—whether conducting investigations into sensitive allegations or advising on complex Human Resources (HR) issues.
Truc earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a Business Law specialization from the University of California, Los Angeles. After graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Accountancy, she worked at leading accounting firms such as Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, where she developed a strong foundation in business and finance—skills that continue to inform her legal work today. Comfortable with numbers and fluent in financial concepts, she is adept at distilling complex information into clear, practical guidance.
Truc’s legal background includes roles at the National Labor Relations Board, at firms with leading employment law practices—including Ogletree Deakins and Hunton Andrews Kurth—and within the University of California system. These roles have shaped her thoughtful, balanced approach and deep understanding of public sector and union environments.
Known for her professionalism and integrity, Truc believes that how an investigation is conducted matters as much as its outcome. She brings sound judgment, objectivity, and a principled approach to every matter she handles.
Truc is licensed to practice law in California, Hawaii, and Illinois.
